Return Exchange

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. When returning or replacing items, make sure they are in their original condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged, clean, lint-free and hair-free and with undamaged and adhering labels.

- Defective, damaged or missing packages

Defective, damaged or misplaced items are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, we ask you to provide customer service pictures that clearly show the problem with the items. If you believe that your items were damaged during shipment, Customer Service will require photos to process your refund showing the damaged packaging and the "proof of claim" document of your delivery service.

-The item is not the size you ordered

If the size of your item deviates more than one inch from the specifications of your order, we recommend that you search for a local tailor to make adjustments and we will be happy to refund up to 100% of the cost of the adjustment product. If you choose this option, remember to request a receipt from your tailor, as you must provide a copy when requesting reimbursement.

-Your article is the size you ordered, but it does not fit

Clothing that does not fit properly but meets the specifications you ordered can not be returned or exchanged. You can make minor adjustments to a local tailor on your own.

Please note: if the specifications of your order are very different from the final size adjustment, it may not be possible to change the size.

Color deviation

The settings on your computer screen may change the color of the images displayed. Small color variations between the color of your item and the color displayed on the screen may not indicate that the item was sent incorrectly or incorrectly. However, if you are sure that you received the item with the wrong color, contact Customer Service to see if it is possible to return it or reimburse it.

Expired orders

If your order can not be shipped within the original term, Customer Service will offer you the option to store or cancel your order. Customers whose items are not more than 10 days due can cancel the order and receive a full refund or withhold the order and receive a 30% refund on delivery. Customers whose products are older than 10 days have the option to cancel the products for a full refund or to keep the items free of shipping costs.

Return process

1) Contact customer service within 7 days (30 days for defective or incorrect items) upon receipt of your order. Include a statement and photos that document the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without the prior approval of Customer Service.

2) Once the customer service has approved your request, return the item to us within 5 days and return the completed product form as soon as possible.

3) Upon receiving it in our facilities, your return will be processed in 5 to 7 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, you can allow up to two billing cycles to be credited to your account. Items returned under unacceptable conditions are not processed as refunds and can not be returned to you.
